Well it seems that the google map plugin is not working quite right. Basically if you zoom in, all the place markers disappear. However if you use the controls on the left all is well.

I have sent an email along, but we will see what happens.

Edit (May 3, 2010) - I sent an email off to the person who designed the plugin for joomla (tech.reumer.net) and he got back with me right away and told me what to change. All is good again!
